A drink I'm working on for our winter menu. It's a take on the classic Clover Club Cocktail but with cranberry instead of raspberry or grenadine. We started by making a cranberry cider reduction as our base and then used gin, sweet vermouth, juice from one lemon wedge and egg white.
Oh my gosh, this sounds SO good!! I'll have to try something similar. Mmmm!!
